Font should be easy to read and draw attention to "Intermittent", "Fasting", and "50". There should also be a highlighted section of the cover saying something like, "75+ recipes and a 21 day meal plan included." or "Includes 75+ Recipes and a 21 day meal plan." Above all, the design should fit in with the best sellers in the niche and still stand out.
