I am a wellness coach that helps people overcome emotional eating and break the cycle of yo-yo dieting.

I need a book cover designed that can be used on Kindle and for a print copy. The book is called "Inside Out Weight Management." The book has 2 parts - one that teaches people how to change their thinking to create long term behavior change for weight loss and a second part that discusses emotional eating. The book addresses weight loss but is not about nutrition or exercise. It is more in the realm of psychology or life coaching. I would like a cover that would clearly indicate that the book is about weight loss or health, but avoids a lot of the cliche images (such as a midsection with a measuring tape around it or an apple or dumbbells...). A non traditional image that speaks more to the idea of changing thoughts or addresses the psychology of weight loss would be welcome, although I recognize that is more vague and challenging to create.
