The book is for businesses and not-for-profit organisations to encourage them and educate them to recruit diversity for their board of directors. So, further age, ethnic and gender diversity.
We are open to ideas for graphics or just a typographical cover. Please don't be too cliched.
I am attaching a style guide with this to give you an idea of the fonts and colours that the authors like.
Themes in the book are 'inclusion' and the 'improvement' that a diverse board of directors can bring to an organisation.
