Phenomenal. She listened to my brief very well, was magnificently creative in her own submissions, and an excellent communicator.
Incredible work on my book cover for “Goddess in Training.” LilaM was efficient, knowledgeable, imaginative and intuitive. This was my first book cover and I felt supported all along the way. When I suggested edits, she got what I meant right away and was always on top of it. I’m thrilled with how my cover turned out! I’d work with her in the future with no hesitation.
She is the defintion of a true professional. Has infinite amount of patience, and will bring your ideas to life, and surpass expectations. She did a cover of a poetry book for me which required a fair bit of creativity and understanding of the book and the vision, which she was able to bring to life. I have no doubt in my mind as to who I am choosing to do front covers for future books. Thanks Liana :)

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Hi, I need an ebook cover for a lighthearted women's fiction ebook called Designing Morgan by Lucey Phillips. This is a story about a young woman who is a jewelry designer but wants to be a serious artist. She and her friend own a jewelry business called Candy Blue. They are hired to make jewelry for the bridal party for Morgan's ex-boyfriend. This inspires the main character to apply for her master's degree in fine arts in an attempt to become a serious artist instead of a jewelry designer.
One idea I had for a cover is top view of a spiral-bound sketch book that says "Designing Morgan by Lucey Phillips" in some sort of whimsical or fun lettering. To one side of the sketchbook there could be jewelry supplies (beads, clasps, etc.) and to the other side there cold be art supplies such as paint brushes and sculpting tools.
I would prefer not to have people or faces on the cover. I would like the title to be the main image, but I am open to different ideas.
