With a background in nursing, management and audit, we work with providers throughout New Zealand and also support best practice in aged care nursing globally.

Required: A book cover for a printed paperback book called "Excellence in residential care: a guide for managers and nurses". Healthcare management guide book - This book is a management guide so needs to look professional, modern, inspiring and somehow depict nurse management and care as still being compassionate. The content of the book relays to the reader the 'how to' for providing residential care services (predominantly to the elderly) based on legislative requirements and best practice in nursing. The content reminds the reader of the need to care from a professional, heart-felt and patient centred perspective. The target market for this book is global as the needs of nurses and the elderly in their care are very similar world-wide. The managers and nurses that are the target market for this book are very busy people, often working 12 hour days with no time to rest. They are highly skilled professionals. They use their computers with the same proficiency and competency as they use their stethoscopes. They are torn between the need to document the care they provide while trying to find the time to actually provide the care to the elderly in need. The book cover idea attached by me is a general concept but I'm certainly open to seeing ideas that may be quite different to this. I'm open to your creativity taking the above comments into consideration. If you think a better title would be more appealing to the market, please offer your suggestions. It must focus on the concept of quality care in the modern nursing world where the nurse is the person that is the administrator of the organisation as well as the person providing clinical care at the elderly vulnerable patients bed-side.
