Restaurant: Franco American Brasserie Affluent young to middle age restaurant and bar guests
The logo we are looking for is powerful, other worldly beautiful mermaid warrior. In one hand she carries a shield, which is also a cote of arms, in the other instead of a sword she carries a torch held over her head, bringing the light. The cote of arms, in the middle of the shield, there will be the letters GB over PB, on one side a fish on the other a Baggett. At the top of the shield a bulls head and at the bottom a crab. The shield or the cote of arms should be central to the logo and represents the restaurant, perhaps one breast is seen from behind the shield. Her eyes could almost be alien like. She is Maven a powerful, goddess like being bring fire, food and life to humanity. This is how we see the logo of this new Galley Beach pop up in Palm Beach. We are open to other interpretations of this idea
