CAMICON steht für Camisani Consulting. Camisani ist mein Nachname und camicon ist eine 1-Mann Firma, die ich als Selbsständiger neu gründe, um im deutschsprachigen Europa meine Beratungstätigkeit als Diensleistung anzubieten. Typischerweise arbeite ich mit ideenreichen Topmitarbeitenden und -Führungskräften mittlerer und grosser Unternehmen zusammen , denen das Aufgleisen Ihrer Idee in der Organisation am Herzen liegt. Gemeinsam erarbeiten wir Transformationswege, um unternehmerische Ziele zur Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und zu effizienteren und effektiveren internen Organisationsgestaltung zu erreichen. Ich sehe Organisationsentwicklung als ein Zusammenspiel von: Mensch, Projekten und Prozessen. In diesem Zusammenspiel setzt meine Beratung mit meinem Wissen und meinen Fähigkeiten an.
