The logo is for a newly formed mortgage broking brand – it is independent of any major institution and based in Perth, Western Australia. The name represents the hybrid between providing more broking and financial planning services.
We brand ourselves as Mortgage Planners, not brokers.
Our target audience is home purchasers as well as existing home owners who need to refinance and consolidate debt and property investors. Generally, clients are over 30, a married couple with a young family and sometimes self-employed for mortgage services. Our investor demographic is generally a little older with teenage / grown up children.
