I'm looking for an app icon that conveys the utility of the app. I've considered analogies like scissors cutting film or a segment of film being inserted into a picture frame. These ideas may be too literal - that's why I need your expertise!
The target images sizes are 512x512 px for the App Store and 114x114 px for the device. I only need PNG and I don't own Photoshop so PNGs as the final output would be much appreciated.
