We are a small business that provides registered agent and registered office services for small business doing business in or headquartered in Texas. Every partnership, corporation and company must have a registered office and registered agent in Texas, if they are in or do business in Texas. We offer a low cost way to fulfill that requirement. The owners have been registered agents for more than one hundred businesses. Now they want to build a brand and get business over the internet. In the past it was just word of mouth.

Small business throughout the world who provide services and sell products in the state of Texas. Business existing in the state of Texas who don't have a professional registered agent (they do it themselves). Businesses from outside of Texas who are starting to do business by selling products or performing services inside the state of Texas.

We are looking for a simple homepage design that incorporates our existing logo (attached). Need header with our name, logo, email and phone # incorporated. Tooter include our logo, email and phone number. See header and footer at www.tex-law.biz. We would like a menu bar on the side of the page with several buttons to link to addt'l pages. Menu should be flyout from left to right. Need ability to add and delete additional pages/menu items with the same format. See www.tex-law.biz for menu example. Menu flexible enough to easily add or remove menu items. Need a section for rotating content at the bottom of home page to include at least one paragraph of text. See “Tip of the Day” section on pages of www.tex-law.biz as example. Need an rss feed of blog titles and a short blurb of recent posts on the home page on the home page. Home page should include a distinctive box or text icon that allows users to click to apply for services. We also need a blog page, with the ability to add or delete additional blog entries.
