$400 - Top Navigation Banner with flash and non-flash versions.

We need a new header banner for our website smartservsolutions.com. As you can see, there is a flash banner which is somewhat dated. The banner should be in flash, but we also need an animated gif replacement for those people who don't have flash. Both banners should be the same as far as content and look, but only difference is flash and non-flash.

I am attaching some artwork and examples of other ads that you can use for the design. Although the ad I am using has a yellow background, please do not use yellow on the banner. You can get the designs at http://www.theproblemsolver.com/contest
Please cut and splice the ai logo to remove the phone number. I prefer the look of the Taxes ● Credit Repair ● Mortgages section of the banner you are making to come from the newspaper ad that is available at the above file directory. I don't necessarily like the red box on that for this use.

One idea for the banner would be to use a blue background (on the sides or throughout) that matches the blue of the site so that it looks like it blends in to the rest of the site (and not like a banner)

I want somewhere on the banner to be:

preferably in the same format as the ad shown.

Do not use my likeness or the problem solver in the the banner.

I like a little movement in the design, but not alot. No sounds. What would be tremendous would be the SSS spinning on the way in and then stabilizing.

I don't think I like having pictures of stock art (like we have currently) as part of the design. I also don't like the fact that the current banner is too busy with the streaks and stuff. A more reserved look is fine.

I am open to all designs, but keep in mind the desired style requested below. I will be giving frequent feedback to help you fine tune your design.

Also a REQUIREMENT to this contest will be a short amount of code to place on the website that will check if the visitor has flash or not and will present the correct graphic depending on whether or not the visitor has flash.
