I need an icon to be used on iPad, iPhone etc. and logo for an electronic system that does a quality of life survey for people with wounds. The name of the system is Wound-Trade. The wound patient answers a series of questions related to their current health while the system prompts them to make a choice of better health but a shorter life expectancy. When they cannot choose betwen their current health condition or better condition but lower life expectancy then the survey is done. I want to market this system so a colorful creative design is important. Somehow incorporating a wound in the image along with a healthcare decision making background would be ideal. I like the idea of a puzzle as background with a protruding puzzle piece looking like a wound. I will include a wound image example. I expect to have several more icons completed for other diseases but this is my first one.
