What's your vision?

I need a icon for my app https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/alarm-clock-email-reader/id598359106?l=es&ls=1&mt=8. this is a bad example but the idea it´s ok. I want add in top a email icon and under the icon a "signboard" with the text ( push to start the reading , start the reading... or similar text) of course add a hour as in this example
