Create the meeting logo illustration for Association of Otolaryngology Administrators

The Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) is a professional association consisting of otolaryngology (ENT doctors) practice administrators from across the country. The AOA promotes career development and provides resources, education and networking opportunities to members.

We are looking for a design for our 2013 meeting logo. The president of the association likes the attached idea (it's a .psd file I put together) but added this comment: I think this one is getting close – if we could have the car at the top of the rails starting its way down with people in lab coats and scrubs would be great. I'm good at cutting and pasting in Photoshop, but we need help developing the coaster car on top of the rails with people in it! It would be great to see people in lab coats, scrubs and business suits in the car. (One or two of each would be fine - doesn't have to be even the number of each person is in it. Could be two lab coats, one scrubs, one suit, etc) Also, if you find or have a rollercoaster that is different but of a similar design, feel free to suggest that, too. This is just the general idea, but if you have a better way to convey, go ahead! (The rollercoaster in the sample graphic is a preview of a vector image that will be purchased if the design is accepted.) The illustration MUST have the AOA logo (attached), the words "AOA-31" and "Adventures in Otolaryngology Healthcare" -- all of which already appear on the sample file. Finished size must be 8.5" wide by 5.5" high (half sheet of paper). The graphic should also allow room for color bleeds because it will be printed. Also, image should be a vector (.ai)
