NEW NOTES FOR DESIGNERS
I have added some pictures for you to see the style I'm really aiming for. The doodles have to have this kind of mysterious, playful and slightly peculiar/off sense about them. Obviously the context is not similar and some off these are more adult in nature but look at the fonts, spacing, design etc...Think character and forced perspectives and angles and hundreds of shapes and swirls and stars. The bottom design is almost exactly the idea i had I just didn't see this illustration till today!
Can you add to each drawing
- Est 1974
ALSO - the Kercher dance logo needs to be big and readable (also my fault) somewhere established and easy to see on the page. weather it is just the K or the full word is up to you!
Also ALL DRAWINGS - please remove the blue leenie... it isn't working and is my fault.
I can see i might end up with more than one illustration here!!
A fun, colourful DOODLE STYLE illustration bursting with the words and other subjects stated below...from the centre of the page outwards. The intention is to have a section on our website (still being designed) to soften our otherwise professional and sharp, simple approach. And show we are as much about fun as we are serious training. Big bright colours to contrast with the pastel colours used on the site. Must be modern and attractive to young people. Not old and boring. Cutting, force perspective and interesting.
Having been through the process a few times before, I'm very excited to see what you can come up with.
NEED TO BE INCLUDED IN ILLUSTRATION
A play on the kercher school of dance logo (http://www.facebook.com/kercher.dance)
Other doodles to include
The school premises http://www.flickr.com/photos/birdro
An aylesbury Road sign and three aylesbury ducks (our local mascot...just three white ducks...not really that specific
Break dancers (http://ducky60.skyrock.com/)

Swirls and shapes etc...
the rest i'll leave up to you. feel free to include whatever you feel right!
The school website isn't up yet but is really classy and simple. So this should add a sense of fun to the page it will be used on.
I'm looking for one design at this point but if some incredible illustrations come through I'll consider purchasing them also.
