Help impegno with a new illustration

impegno in The Netherlands (Holland) offers social services to people with big mental and practical problems in their life. Examples of our customers are the homeless, ex-prisoners and young teenage moms.

The arrows in the table depict the measurable added value of our services, for each part of the client's life. The longer the arrow, the better our result. The graphics of the table do not look professional or business-like enough. It's too much of a "hobby-presentation with a powerpoint-look". No color or fancy stuff please. Just as simple as possible, very easily readible and must of all straight business. It is intended for marketing to financiers. We want to use it on our website (http://www.impegno.nl/begeleiding-resultaten-trajecten.shtml), in folders, newsletters, and so on. Please deliver in a PNG-format or such, because I just have standard MS-office programs. Help is much appreciated !

The text itself, the length of the arrows and the scale must remain exactly like this. The dotted lines explain "at the start of our program" and "at the end of our program".
