We are artisan bakery and cafe so we sell all type of pastries and sourdough bread and related products the concept behind 5th bakery name is that bread is the fifth element that is acquired by combining the four basic elements. Earth (grains), water, air(rising dough), and fire (baking). We would like the logo to reflect this concept is some way
