The safe and effective microneedles painlessly puncture the skin to stimulate collagen growth and support better penetration of skincare products Target audience: men and women 18-65 with moderate to advanced beauty/skincare knowledge interested in complementing an existing skincare routine to address specific pain points: aging/fine lines and wrinkles, sunspots, acne and acne spots, uneven skin tone, etc. They may have experienced dermarolling at a doctor’s office and want the convenience (and cost savings) of having a high quality at-home device.
Please see attached PDF brief for much more info and inspiration!! - Logo: “Le Citron Skincare” - Brand hallmarks: natural but highly effective, supports vibrant skin, high beauty standards and certifications (FDA approved, CE certification, professional safety certification) o Le Citron means “the lemon” in French. We’d like to potentially use a lemon as the brand mascot/icon/indicator as it represents what we stand for: fresh and vibrant, natural, vitamin C, skin brightening, antioxidant, boosts collagen production, happy, positive, energetic, even juicy! If there is a way to incorporate a lemon icon into the logo without it feeling too literal, cheesy, juvenile, or forced then we are open to it! - Brand differentiators: 0.3mm microneedle (most competitors have 0.25mm, ours will go deeper into the skin for more effective results), FDA approved, titanium needles, warranty, brand supports natural beauty and empowering the consumer to embrace what makes them unique - Brand positioning: Premium, beautiful, playful, vibrant, natural yet effective. Products should accent and complement your skin, make you feel great and having fun with beauty. - Target consumer: men and women 18-65 with moderate to advanced beauty/skincare knowledge interested in complementing an existing skincare routine to address specific pain points: aging/fine lines and wrinkles, sunspots, acne and acne spots, uneven skin tone, etc. They may have experienced dermarolling at a doctor’s office and want the convenience (and cost savings) of having a high quality at-home device. - Brand colors: Open to designer’s ideas, but would love something that incorporates a vibrant, sophisticated but playful lemon yellow. The derma roller device will have a blue roller (blue is PANTONE 2985 C, CMYK 60 0 3 0). Potential brand colors can be blue/yellow. Please stay away from green and purple as many competitors own this space.
