WOW!!! We received over 174 entries and KuinKuin consistently produced the top designs every time we ran FB poll of existing logo designs. Without a doubt, Kuin has produced a life time logo and brand look for our business that we completely LOVE.

Who are you known as?
Harness Racing Update
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Harness Racing Update (HRU) is an e-newsletter produced by professional journalists and delivered three times a week via email to subscribers who download it as a pdf. The newsletter covers the breeding and racing of Standardbred horses (called harness racing). Instead of riding the racehorses like jockeys do in Thoroughbred racing, harness racing has its drivers sit behind the horses in sulkies and steer them with reins. It has a vague similarity to chariot racing. For more information check out: The United States Trotting Association (the governing body of the sport), Standardbred Canada (the governing body of the sport in Canada), The New Meadowlands Racetrack (in New Jersey), Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto, etc.

To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We need a clean, dynamic design that captures the excitement of harness racing, but is not too busy. The publication is commonly referred to as HRU, so that might be part of the design to highlight those letters. We want the logo to feel as if this is a publication featuring quality journalism and has a high level of truth, class and professionalism. It shouldn't be too hard to improve on the old logo (attached). The old logo had Harness Racing Update .com in it. I don't think we need the ".com" part in the new logo.
