Very responsive, worked well with very little direction and I am extremely happy with the result.

corporate advisory and chartered accounting service for a limited number of medium size business. Professional service for this small number of clients utilising my 20 years as a chartered accountant and small-medium business advisor specialising in cutting edge business structuring solutions to protect assets/family wealth and minimise tax (I was previously a partner in a mid tier accounting practice). Role with new and ongoing clients includes identifying opportunities for restructure to provide asset protection and save tax and to work closely utilising my experience to help grow the business, including enhance the value of the business and ultimately to achieve best outcomes in relation to succession (eg. business sale). Essentially HK Corporate provides an "old fashioned trusted advisor" style service working closely with a limited number of medium sized business owners. Target is medium size business usually trading through companies or trusts and with several entities in the group. My satisfaction is making huge financial differences in the businesses and lives of a small number of clients (who will likely become friends) until they are running very efficiently and tax effectively and then another business with similar issues comes into the group (as the efficient business is less intensive)

I used the name HK corporate as it provides a link to my previous company Hoffman Kelly Chartered Accountants. I was a founding partner (i.e. Troy KELLY) . Therefore in the logo I would like the "K" in "HK" to be more prominent ... perhaps bolder/larger with some colour (burnt orange) with all or much of the other letters in "HK Corporate" being a 'charcoal' (grey) colour
