First 50
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
As a part of Southwest Michigan First’s strategy for our region to continue on its path to greatness, we introduced First 50, an exclusive, in-depth coaching experience that pairs 50 proven, seasoned leaders from around Southwest Michigan with fifty emerging leaders.
This year-long experience will give young leaders extraordinary access to examples of legacy leadership. Our next generation will learn many seemingly intangible skills that transformational leaders display. Our goal is to intentionally prepare the next generation of Southwest Michigan leaders who will shape its companies and organizations to its political and educational systems.
