The pilot program is a community agency collaboration of assets and services that can help contribute to improving educational success for youth in priority neighbourhoods, leading to graduation and appropriate post secondary education.
The program is not school based/hosted; it is community based. It consists of multiple components - tutoring, social mentoring, career mentoring, financial incentives, student advocacy coaches and the option for parent education and support and counselling services as well.
