Ralph's Place is a start up charity founded to build a sanctuary for the worst cases of abused and neglected dogs. Ralph's Place was founded in honor of Ralph, a 14 year old Jack Russell Terrier, who was adopted at the age of 2 after suffering significant abuse and trauma.
