We are a coffee shop in a small town in Switzerland which sells italian style coffee classics, "modern" style coffee beverages (cold brew) and piadina - the italian kind of a ... All our food is simple, healthy (mostly bio, small amount of fat/sugar, no palm oils), homemade and "fast". We roll our piadina dough right before your eyes, bake it on a hot grill in two minutes, fill it with tasty original italian ham, mozzarella, rucola, ... and serve it directly to be consumed in our shop or to take ...
