A winner was selected from 76 designs submitted by 23 freelance designers.

Our target audience is anywhere from business men, to high end, to young urban professionals that live or work in the Downtown Seattle area.
The location of Burnt District is where the Great Fire of Seattle started in 1889. Hence, the name.
I have added an image of Seattle after it burned down. A mural of this image is located behind the check in/check out desk of our studio.
