Create the next logo for Destination Leaders TV

Destination Leaders TV is an online video channel interviewing senior executives working in the tourism industry. Each executive is typically in charge of the marketing for a particular destination, e.g. Las Vegas, or San Francisco, or an individual hotel. So our focus is on the travel and tourism marketplace. We need to present a vibrant, positive, open, informed and professional image with our logo. The logo should be a combination of image and wordmark/text. The logo will be used both on web and in video so it needs to be reasonably simple and bold, without too much detail. The online video channel is owned by World Travel Market, one of the world's largest travel exhibitions, so using similar colours or a theme from that would be useful. We've uploaded that as a sample.
