Alicia created a beautiful logo which captured the feelings I wanted to be portrayed in the logo of Mama's toffee, to be current, modern, yet have feeling of family traditions. She was very responsive to suggestions and provided additional concepts, which were amazing, and also another part of the reason she was the winner. She over delivered on everything!!
OvvieDJ was so prompt and very easy to work with. He presented great designs and listened and made the changes that fit my needs.
She is wonderful, great work very happy!!

How Jim_willett started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a wedding and lifestyle portrait photographer based in Kent covering London and the South East of England. My ideal clients are professional couples in the age range 28 – 45 who are easy going, friendly and have successful careers. They probably work in the London area but live in the neighboring counties or within commuting distance. They would enjoy spending time in the outdoors and enjoy a nice meal out, probably at a pub or country restaurant.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

I would like my logo to be stylish and modern with a graphic element that I could use on its own when branding some of the products that I supply. I would also want to use the logo as a watermark in some of my photographs so something that could be used in both a dark and light colour would be ideal. I like the idea of the graphical element being linked to nature in some way. Perhaps a leaf / leaves, tree or something similar.
I also want the logo to contain the business name “JamesRoss Photography” and would be happy to consider having JamesRoss as one or two words and perhaps use the initials arranged to make the graphical element but I also want to consider other simple graphics as mentioned above. Having James and Ross split by a graphic may also be another arrangement worth experimenting with.
The logo will be used as a main element on my website homepage and it will also be used for letterheads, business cards and other marketing materials.
I have stated a preference for a green, beige and grey colour theme but would be happy to consider other colours but do not want anything that is too bright or overly feminine such as the use of a lot of pink or yellow.
I do not want script or over fancy fonts to be used and defintely do not want pictures of cameras or photography related images used. A white or light coloured background would be preferable.
