MobiSAM is an electronic tool and a methodology for monitoring service delivery at local government level. It allows residents to hold their municipality accountable for the services that they provide.
SAM stands for social accountability monitoring, (but doesn't need to be included on the slogan or tagline)

I have attached our current logo but I don't like it.
I wasn't quite sure what option to select, but I'm also looking for the designer to provide the resources that I can use to update my current site (CSS, colours, pictures). I didn't select the website category as I assumed that would mean that you would create the site for me. I'm happy to do that, but need help with the design. I understand this will cost more.
