Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a retail brand that sells dog products to a high end market. Our target market is the baby boomer generation whose kids are grown and they want to spoil their 4-leg companion. Thus, our target market is people who like to spend money on their dogs for high end products!
Some of our products include pet clothing, pet bowls, dog beds, blankets, collars, harnesses, etc. So, we will need to embroider the logo at some point. Thus, less complex and more simple designs are preferred. The full color designs will lose impact.
We seek a clean logo with a playful/fun style that speaks to a higher end market.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Animal & Pet

Let designers make suggestions
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We are open to ideas - again - consider our market is more top end - sophisticated but fun. Off the top of our heads, we like 2 different design concepts:
Concept 1. A view showing the heads of our 3 dogs (see attached image) with the brand name: 4-Legger -- if we go this route - it will have to be done carefully to not be too much like a cartoon.
Concept 2. A silhouette of a single Havanese dog with the brand name: 4-Legger. Note the silhouette of a Havanese is very distinct; but we prefer the shorter hair all around... i.e. puppy cut as you see in the attached image.
We are open to different colors but would like the 3 different colored dogs in concept #1.'
A few have asked what the "side view" of a Havanese looks like. They need to go to the groomer (face hair a bit long); but, here are a few profile pictures. The brown(ish) dog's face looks more typical.... the black dog's body is easier to see the side view. The back legs are a little longer than the front and the tail goes up and over their back.
Note that while we provided the pictures and love our dogs - we do not want exact replicas of our pictures in the logo. We want a more sophisticated logo that is creative and clever.
