Our organization offers enrollment in a curriculum for hair salon owners and managers to create business growth. Our organization is owned by our Paul Mitchell hair product distributor. Our curriculum incorporates twelve points to help a salon grow. These twelve points instruct salons on how to increase their clientele, their retail sales, and their rebooking of services. We instruct owners and managers to understand their profit and loss statements, increase their staff's motivation, and the importance of their own personal development. We show salons how to track growth with key measurements of their business.
