Providing Support, Meaning, and Motivation To Cancer Survivors
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
This is a conference for people who are dealing with cancer diagnoses that properly discusses both the conventional and alternative types of treatments. It's target audience is anti-hospitals and anti-hippies. We want to create a unique and creative logo that separates itself from the medical/hospital crowd, but also separates itself of the hippie crowd who thinks magical crystals can heal anything. I want these cancer survivors to think that they belong to an elite and private club. So I'm thinking more of a "crest." Had the thought of a life preserver, but I'm not sure that would be classy. Might work though. Think: focused, high-design, positivity, truth, honesty, "survivors," straight-forward.

I seem to love a centralized logo with circular imagery.
Intense, yet still feels good.
Love the concept of a single image representing "Bent Not Broken"

I want something that looks official, yet extremely approachable. We will be discussing one of the most horrific diseases, but we want to approach it properly, yet with heart. I want people to feel like they were just let into a private club where the amenities are through the roof and they feel proud and special to be sitting in this conference.
