Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The Ohio Association of County Boards of Developmental Disabilities (OACB) is a 501(c)6 tax-exempt trade association established in 1984 specializing in providing information, continuing education, and acting as legislative liaison for Ohio's 88 county boards of developmental disabilities (DD).
As part of our mission to support county boards of DD, we host numerous professional development events each year. One of these events is the annual Spring Conference, which requires individualized branding, themes, and logos. We are currently looking for a graphic designer to create a logo for the 2018 Spring Conference.

What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
It should include at least five spring-appropriate colors (the colors should be saturated and bright), and include only shapes (no text). We would like the general look to match the themes and color palettes of previous years' designs (see the attached designs).

The theme of this year's Spring Conference is "Relationships Matter," and we want the logo to express the importance of connecting and communicating with other people. The logo dimensions should be roughly square.
The logo needs to evoke the concepts of connectivity, cooperation, and relationship building in an abstract way. We are OK with designs similar to stock images, but each design should include a unique addition to the concept. We would like to see designs that show a relationship "growing," so logos with plants, flowers, grass, and images of people all combined are good.
