sebastien.peterson got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Design a logo for a fake news detection service

Entertainment & The Arts
Pinoc.io is a fake news detection platform. Obvious link between the Pinocchio kids story character's lies and fake news. Product targets any person reading news online. Pinoc.io provides background information (author, publisher, content) on the news as well as a fake news indicator.
I’m interested in pictorial logos. Logo may directly relate to the Pinocchio personage (the nose only perhaps). Could also use the P letter as a base, why not. and combine that with the nose. Pinocio name should not be part of the logo itself. But will be added aside. Meaning that logo should be self standing without the name, and should be of a "square proportions", in order to be able to "iconify" it.
