Matto
The Matthew Traynor Memorial Fund was established to provide support and hope to those struggling with addiction. This non-profit was founded in memory of Matthew Traynor, who lost his battle with addiction in 2016. The Foundation seeks to discourage substance abuse among teens/young adults within communities across North Dakota.
- The name of the foundation is the Matto Foundation, and while we do not want the logo to be burdened with both words, we think it was possible to tie both words in, that would help people understand the nature of the brand immediately.
- Matthew was an avid fisherman and his parents are adamant that a fish be a feature of the logo -- preferably a Muskeye.
- Matthew's design aesthetic was a mix of mexican folk art, native american art and jewelry (from friends), and modern.
