Fueled by Design Thinking, our organization has established the Velocity Lab, as an innovation cell to drive High Velocity Learning. The Velocity Lab drives innovation in training and education by exploring new learning techniques, conducting experiments, and exploring the art of the possible to provide High Velocity Learning. We are an open, multi-disciplinary, highly-collaborative team of creative thinkers, engineers, data analysts, virtual reality and multi-media specialists who test and implement advanced human performance concepts into the high-risk training of the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) for the United States Navy.

Interesting how this design incorporates the graphic into the name. I like that it's clean and the talk/word bubble is symbolic of communications and media.
Tend to lean towards clean and simple designs. The animal has some connotations that could reflect the mindset of the company... a gazel could be lean, fast, and quick.
I like the negative layer pulling out the shadow of the pets. Design is simple and clean. I like modern fonts too. Like how the graphic can stand on it's own without the name and creatively creates an H
I'd prefer a graphic/logo not be so busy, but do like how the name is embedded in the graphic (though not a requirement)
Simple and unique, like how the graphic conveys movement.
I do not like how this is cartoony, not appropriate for our Velocity Lab.
The goal of this challenge is to develop a graphic/badge that represents the Velocity Lab and our characteristics towards innovation in the context of exponential growth. The lab is AGILE… think rapid-prototyping and experiential learning (learn through experiencing)! We experiment often (Build), measure the outcomes of our experiments (Measure), and evaluate results of our experiments to (Learn) more about innovative approaches to training U.S. Navy Sailors.
