Jane8497 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Design a logo for local kids website
Check out Jane8497's Logo design contest…
Community & Non-Profit
This will be for a local website that is a directory of all things kids related - kids businesses, sports, camps, schools, daycares etc. The one stop website to find everything you would need to know! The target age is really moms with preschool kids but the content would work for elementary age kids too.
The towns are Larchmont and Mamaroneck ( that is the LM part of the website). The towns share middle school and high school - The high school colors are orange and black. They look a little too halloween like so I would like to see the colors be more muted or childlike (can even be orange / grey if that works). The mascot of the high school is a tiger. Might be cute to incorporate a tiger cub somewhere into the design. Not mandatory but might be cute to see.

And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
