the app is called USHR (usher spelled incorrectly) its an app that sells tickets to events like concerts, sporting event etc via an app (like stubhub or ticketmaster) maybe the logo incorporates the look of a ticket stub or a full ticket to an event, or maybe it incorporates a ticket usher (someone that shows you to your seats. should be modern look and feel since it is an app
