Green.Light.House is an environment-friendly landscape and property management company located on beautiful, historic, Essex-on-Lake Champlain, in the 6 million acre Adirondack Park. We believe that home is where the heart is and we put our heart into your home. Like a lighthouse, we engender trust, security, and steadfastness providing peace of mind with heart. Our target audience are upscale, artsy/creative,educated, wealthy, home owners who have a primary or secondary residence in the Adirondack Park, who are environmentally conscious and love the outdoors and beauty of the lake and mountains. Demographic is split 50/50 male/female. Age is 40+.

We’re modernists who love great design and creativity. We want our logo to be unique and one-of-a-kind-...something that is artsy but clean... we love Apple’s design, not Microsoft...we are environmental activists and are wild about nature and conservation. We want our logo to stand out from the riff-raff...edgy and a conversation piece NOT traditional! Go for artsy and creative vs boring. Wow factor is desired so go out on a limb.
