About us
Legends is a Danish-based menswear brand. We design a complete menswear collection of clothing as well as sunglasses. You can learn more about the brand at legends.dk and Instagram @legends.dk The logo assignment is for a special line of basic products including T-shirts, sweatshirts, and shirts (maybe more in time), which is made from organic - and recycled cotton and colored with botanical dyeing. The logo is meant to be a small embroidery that shall be placed on the left chest (similar to well-known fashion brands). Maximum size is 3,5cm x 3,5cm. Our main target is fashion orientated men living in urban areas. They are mostly in the age of 25-35 years.

The logo shall be showing a T-Rex dinosaur. We would like the logo to be simple and easy to recognize. Further, it shall be possible to stitch the logo on garments. We mainly see it as a badge that can be stitched onto products, but it shall also be possible to use it as a print. The brand name shall not be a part of the design. No texting. Only the dinosaur. We have attached a bunch of inspirational images including outlines of T-Rex's and dinosaurs that we like. Further, there are some images from other fashion brands to show what we mean in terms of embroidery. Colour-wise we would like it to be very clean and simple. We would like it in a cobalt blue colour pallet. Besides this black and white can be used to define the details. A contrast colour like red can also be added. We would like to see the logo with a white outline. The T-Rex shall be shown from the side or slightly angled so that the head, stomach, and front is more visible.
