paul.croft got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Design a serious logo for a quirky new games company

Games & Recreational
The Irregular Corporation is a games company that creates titles for very niche audiences. We work across a range of games and genres, but what ties are products together is that usually they are offbeat, quirky and a little bit different. Often the games we produce are bright and colourful, so we are interested in a logo that feels serious and corporate. We think the balance of this against the name of the company and the game will be interesting / intriguing for players.
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury. Greens: Growth, harmony and success. Oranges: Creativity, adventure and happiness.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
paul.croft collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
