The overall look is clean and professional. The pelican inside a diamond adds a structured and symmetrical feel, a balanced, grounded look. The serif font feels traditional, which may or may not align with the image you're trying to project. If Pelican Site Services is a modern, forward-thinking company, a sans-serif or modern serif font might look fresher.
