This is a national non profit in the cannabis industry dedicated to diversity and inclusion broadly. We take on issues such as gender, race, class and sexuality. We also are committed to increasing diverse business owners in the cannabis industry.

Our acronym is NDICA which is a play on Indica, a type of cannabis plant.
