We are pretty satisfied with works on the logo. However, once the logo was closed, the work with the brand guide was worse due to the difficulty of communication with the designer. It seems that he/she does not speak fluent English and has not advanced knowledge of what a brand guide should include or to understand some concepts. That was pretty frustrating. We think he is a good option for easy works but not for works that imply any complexity.
