Excellent and versatile designer. Creative designs. Thanks!
- Sonia Lorenz
We are incredibly happy with our design, and love Sonia's work. She read our minds a little and came up with exactly what we wanted, but didn't know how to explain!
- Fernando Factor
Fernando responds very quickly and fulfills all the requirements that are asked. We look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you very much!
How TheDreadedLocker started their logo design journey

The Dreaded Lock Shoppe
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a one woman loktician who makes and maintains dreadlocks by knotting regrowth, pulling in loops and loose hair using a small crochet hook. I don't use any chemicals or wax to make or maintain dreads. The target audience is 25-35 year old males (predominantly) who tend to be into nature, surfing or art. These fellas work in trades, labouring or driving machinery. Most of my clients have tattoos (one colour).
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

Until now I've been doing dreads in my spare time for almost 6 years (I've had a day job which will finish in Feb) I currently have a facebook page only http://www.facebook.com/DreadedLockShoppe I planning to develop a web site and increase marketing efforts to do dreads full-time.I really like the Knotty Boy character (http://www.knottyboy.com) but I don't want to copy this look. What I like about it is that it's grumpy but approachable. I also like the cartoon/animated style and that he's not perfect with his pot belly but kinda cute. Knotty Boy is alot about selling products which is not what I'm about. I'm selling a service. I want to emphasise the natural, simple, only use a crochet hook technique. My style is fast, effective and produces a fantastic result . You get an nice spongy consistent dread - tidy and tight.
