L’activité de la marque Signature est la suivante: Accueil en entreprise: la gestion de l'accueil physique , service courrier, salle de réunion, standard téléphonique, factotum ( petite maintenance: petits travaux de plomberie, changement d'ampoules... mais vraiment des actions de factotum quoi..) Événementiel: Gestion de salons, congres, séminaires,... Audit et conseils: Analyse et structure des prestations , mise en place d'outils de suivi et de reporting sur mesure.... Les agences qui offrent le même panel de services sont: CityOne, Phone Régis, Pénélope, Ceritex, Elior Services, Florence Doré... Il est important de parler de prestations sur mesure, les clients cherchent le petit plus qui fera la différence, et surtout le suivi des prestations et des collaborateurs, l'esprit de partenariat, l’écoute et la disponibilité... Vous faire un petit tour sur les sites internet des agences cités au- dessus pour piocher le meilleur de chacun ;).
