Daniel saw our company vision for the logo and created exactly what we were looking for.
Always good to work with Kitkat_Design. Good communication and good ideas. Fast response. Exactly what we needed
Raff is a true professional. Talented and creative, responsive to constructive criticism, quick to answer to questions or commentary, Ruff was a pleasure to work with. He has my highest recommendation.
Atmospheric Graphic was thoughtful and responsive. The designer's concepts were based on my vision, but took it at least one step further applying creativity and expertise to the task. It was very easy to work with AG. I would work with this designer in the future.
Awesome work - pretty much had our winner on day 1.
How vanderheijden86 started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
VDH Software Development (or VDH Software Development is too long)
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a freelance programmer, active in the Insurance Industry and working currently on a big distributed ledger project (b3i.tech). My target audience are programmers and technically minded business people. I will use the logo for my website. On this website I will put technically oriented blogposts and youtube videos. I do this to market myself to potential future clients.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
Not standard blue, purple would then be better. Not pink please.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I really like the logo, marketing and overall branding of the DLT platform I mainly code on: R3 Corda. Look for example at https://www.corda.net/. I do not want to copy them in anyway, but it clearly indicates the style and vibe I like for myself.
Do NOT make overly obvious hints to blockchain in the logo. I deliberately choose "VDH Software Development" as my brand name, as I will do more than only blockchain development.
I like the lambda sign (see attached image). You might get creative with that. Lambda functions are commonly used in the programming language I develop in. Which is Kotlin.
