I run small, casual , interactive workshops on personal finance for women and small businesses. I use games, class exercises, lecture and class participation to teach budgeting concepts, credit card respect, investing and retirement planning. My demographic is women and small business owners in their 30's and 40's living in or near urban areas--NYC, DC, Phillyy, San Fran, Raleigh-Durham, who are professional and do well at whatever they do for work but might need some help with personal finance. Many are single women or in relationships, newly married, small families. My clients are hip, young-minded, savvy. My approach with Money Moxie is to empower women--not intimidate them--to tackle their personal finances.

I am looking for something simple and clean but with an edge. While I work with women, I don't want it to be too girly (ie no lipstick, stilettos, etc) and nothing too obviously about money (ie no green, $ sign, etc). I want the design to be unique, clean, edgy and slightly urban but not too young. I've chosen some colors but I'm not against seeing other colors. I see it as being pretty simple but maybe a twist with colors, change font with "moxie", create interesting symbol, etc.
