About us
RetraceHealth wants primary care to be affordable and accessible without the need for health insurance. Our solution is to leverage technology and the efficiency of direct payment to create satisfying experiences patients will purchase and clinicians will enjoy. RetraceHealth is a chain of medical clinics that for $20/month any one can get unlimited access to primary care clinicians with no copays and no insurance. Patients can visit as many times as they want via phone, email, video chat, or in person. Employers can also purchase this service for employees. The target audience are employers and individuals looking for affordable healthcare. Women are the primary decision makers when it comes to purchasing our product. The name RetraceHealth comes from the notion that we are retracing the boundaries of healthcare. In our current system people equate health insurance with healthcare. But we are redefining healthcare to exclude health insurance and include only the relationship with one's primary care clinician. Our clinics are simple and elegant, think Apple Store. Our clinicians have a fanatical focus on customer service. We want healthcare to be something people engage with everyday and enjoy paying for, like Starbucks coffee or the latest iPhone.
