Organizational Background and Goal:
We have been in existence since 1980 making us the oldest HR Technology organization in existence, but we have not adapted quickly enough to the changing demographic and needs of our membership. We are changing all of that. We want to first address the needs of our existing membership, second attract the newest generation of HR Technology professionals, third be the advocate for those members career growth and the voice of stature within their companies and the industry.
Logo Explanation and Colors:
Currently, our logo focuses on the International aspect and we want to downgrade that aspect. We are an organization of technology professionals (people) and the International aspect is certainly a part of our mission, but not the most important part. Our blue and teal colors are not reflective of a progressive organization and we are looking for guidance on a more progressive while upscale color palette. Font usage is something that we are open to.
PRIMARY: HR Technology Professionals from 25 to 35
SECONDARY: HR Technology Professionals from 35 to 55
TERTIARY: Companies employing HR Technology Professionals
