Who are you known as?
IANGEL
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The name of our organization is: International Action Network for Gender Equity & Law, yielding an acronym of IANGEL. We are an international network of lawyers, law firms, and activists, dedicated to advancing gender equity and protecting the legal and human rights of women and girls. We connect the lawyers and law firms willing to donate time, skills, and resources to the activists and nonprofit organizations working to promote gender equity locally, nationally, and around the world. Our target audience is lawyers, law firms, and bar associations interested in working on the cause of women’s rights, as well as the nonprofits and activists already working on these issues.

Our design combines the key elements of our organization – women, strength, equality, the law, and the world, in a simple form that also subtly evokes an angel, to reinforce the acronym of our name. We welcome your expertise as to how the lines should look, the proportion of the shapes within, use of color, and selection of font.
